Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

to fill Sugar

Bitters

5 drops Lemon

slice of peel

Saturate sugar with bitters and place in Champagne glass with twisted

lemon peel. Pour chilled cider over and serve without stirring.

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel

Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist orange peel

over and serve.
