to wet glass

Wet chilled cocktail glass with absinthe (few drops) and throw out. Stir

other ingredients well with lump of ice in bar glass, strain into prepared

glass and serve with ice water chaser.

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel

over and serve.

1 dash Raspberry syrup ...1 spoon

Bitters

1 drop

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

(Note: Four raspberries, in season, with one spoon sugar syrup may

be substituted for raspberry syrup in this recipe.)

Cherry Brandy .

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino

cherry and serve.
