Nail machine with new nail counter-
packaging system:
An MI01 nail machine will be running
together with Enkotec’s new movable
stand-alone packaging machine, type
NCP02. The system o ers the possibility
of in-line nail production in a complete,
automated nail manufacturing process.
The NCP02 automatically feeds the nail
cartons, lls them with the accurate
number of nails, and transports the
nail cartons via automatic drive belt
conveyors. All of this can be done in-line
with a standard Enkotec nail machine or
thread rolling machine.
The MI01 nail machine, intended for small
and midsize capacity needs, produces
1,000 nails per minute at ø2.3-3.8mm
and nail lengths 50-90mm. The MI01
features simple adjustments, quick tooling
changeovers, easy access for cleaning and
service, and long tooling life among other
advantages. The MI01 combined with its
high-end NX series allow Enkotec to o er
a complete range of nail machines, where
many tooling parts are common for all
machine models, thus increasing their
cost e ectiveness. In-line system with nail
machine and thread-rolling machine:
Enkotec will also demonstrate its TA01
thread-rolling machine, designed for
making screw shank or annular nail
pro les with a production speed of up to
2,500 nails per minute. The working area
of the TA01 is ø1.8-4.2mm and 32-105mm
nail length with a pro le height of
27-76mm.
Apart from the high production capacity,
the Enkotec TA01 incorporates numerous
advantages such as high-quality output,
high stability, quick tooling changeovers,
simple adjustments, and low noise level.
The machine is supplied with a vibratory
bowl, a cooling system, and a connection
to exhaust ventilation. The machine
is capable of running in-line in a nail
manufacturing line or as a standalone
machine.
During the exhibition, the TA01 will
be running in-line with an Enkotec
high-speed NH01 nail machine, intended
for long production runs and producing
2,000 short, uniform nails per minute
at lengths of 32-65mm and in wire
diameters of ø1.8-2.87mm. The NH01
belongs to Enkotec’s high-capacity NX
nail machine series.
