One and a half people using four furnaces
with a total installed power of 90kW
previously did this work. Now, to load and
unload the furnace takes four hours, and
the power saved can be used for other
machines. The use of only one furnace at
the same temperature allows an energy
saving of 65 per cent.
The furnaces of Agibi Progetti are also
eco-friendly, thanks to the patented No
Smoke System, with the emissions being
eliminated through the use of lters.
The furnaces meet the requirements of
the certi cation rules CQI-9 (automotive)
and AMS2750E, according to which the
product can be classi ed in the 2
nd
class,
thanks to the special aerodynamic design
of the furnace chamber.
