Already Professor Lees has had the opportunity of

meeting a very representative cross-section of the pro-

fession in the country and many of the special situations

as they obtain in Ireland, have been brought to his

notice. Hon. Secretaries of Bar Associations have been

asked to convene local meetings for the purpose of pre-

paring memoranda. In the meantime, members of the

profession who have particular viewpoints to put for-

ward are asked to submit them to the Society or direct

to Professor Lees at Nottingham University.

Issue of New Land Certificate

An application has been received from the registered

Land Certificate in substitution for the original Land Certi-

which original Land Certificate is stated to have been lost or

nnadvertently destroyed. A new Certificate will be issued un-

less notification is received in the Registry within twenty

eight days from the date of publication of this Notice that

the original certificate is in existence and in the custody of
