maintain, due to the low number of
component parts. One of PWM’s
best-selling welders, the M101 can be
bench-mounted or supplied with a trolley,
so it can be wheeled quickly to the work
area. A pneumatic version of the M101, the
P101, is also available.

Sampsistemi will present many world
premiere innovations for the wire and cable
manufacturing industry at wire 2012.
The company’s DM 80 multi-wire drawing
machine is based on established and
well-proven concepts, which have been
further enhanced and improved. The result
is an innovative, compact and flexible
multi-wire drawing machine (up to 32 wires
on two independent rows). For efficiency,
the DM 80 features standard Siemens AC
motors with separate kinematics, to ensure
no electrical losses, no mechanical friction
and a completely maintenance-free
machine. The company states that in-depth
testing carried out at customers’ premises
in real working conditions show that the
average machine consumption of the DM
80 is equal to -36% compared to traditional
machines.
The new BM 800 C double-twist bunching
machine is a high-performance, flexible
machine with a large range of working
section (from 0.25 to 16mm²). The bunching
machine automatically recognises the type
