Scotch Heather Cocktail.
Fill the mixing glass with cracked
ice, then
three drops Angostura bitters
three dashes orange bitters
one-third measure French ver
mouth
two-thirds measure Scotch whis
key
piece of twisted orange peel.
Stir until cold and strain into a hollow-
stemmed champagne glass, which
should be about three-quarters full.
Pour grenadine syrup along the edge
of the glass until the stem is filled. By
putting in the grenadine syrup after
the glass is partly filled the glass will
be more easily cleaned.
