Gin Fizz.

Put into the mixing glass half filled

with cracked ice

one spoonful bar sugar

juice of one lemon

one measure Plymouth gin;

shake thoroughly until the mixture has

been well chilled, then strain into a

long-stemmed punch glass and fill with

siphon water off the ice. Serve at once

while effervescing, or the flavor will be

impaired. If served at a table the

siphon bottle should be brought with

the drink. A small piece of orange

peel dropped in before shaking will add

to the flavor.

Cream Fizz.

With plenty of ice in the mixing

glass put

one large spoonful of bar sugar

juice of one lemon

one measure dry gin

one-half measure pure cream;
