Old Tom Gin Fizz.
Those who prefer the flavor of Old
Tom gin may follow the recipe for a
plain gin fizz (No. 53) substituting
their favorite brand.

Royal Fizz.
This is another name for a New
Orleans fizz, but the orange water and
cream are omitted.

Silver Fizz.
Make a plain gin fizz, but before
shaking drop in the white of an egg.
The easiest way to do this is to make
a small hole in one end of the egg, and
the yolk will remain in the shell.
