TOM COLLINS.
Use small mixing glass, one lemon cut in two
and one table-spoonful of powdered sugar. Crush
well with muddler; add

jigger of Tom gin
Shaved ice
Shake well, strain into large thin glass and fill
with bottle of Dela tour soda.
JOHN COLLINS.
SCOTCH COLLINS .
IRISH COLLINS.
Same as Tom Collins, except use Holland gin
for John Collins; Scotch wh isky for Scotch Col–
lins, and Irish whisky for Irish Collins in place
of.Tom gin.
