Dies and reconditioning
The clean, precise and constant profiles of the working parts (cone or cylinder) required
for correct wire drawing are ensured by high precision grinding, guaranteeing wire
quality, long die life and optimum machine performance.
Teknodiam produces drawing dies, shaped dies, wire extrusion nipples and component
part dies in natural diamond and mono or polycrystalline diamond. Customers are also
offered a reliable and prompt reconditioning service for worn dies. The drawing angles
and the length of the cylindrical part are ground to the exact measurements requested,

The book contains information about
materials to be drawn, the profile of wire
dies, useful formulas, tables, and many
other resources.
In addition, the company is presenting
the Drawing Die Wizard, believed the
