SCHOOLS EMPLOYEES-SEXUAL CONDUCT

(HAGAN C) To prohibit an employee of a

public or nonpublic school or institution of higher education who is not in a position of

authority from engaging in sexual conduct with a minor at least four years younger than

enrolled in or attends that institution of higher education.
