of sections 4507.05 and 4507.06 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect

require that eligible persons in the database of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles be
automatically registered to vote or have their registrations updated automatically, as
applicable, unless those persons decline to be registered or to update their registrations.
