A screened background is a logo or design that is printed behind the numeral at about
30-40% to create a "watermark" effect. It is printed in the same color as the copy color.
The watermark or screened background will show through the numeral if a lighter numeral
color than the copy color is selected. Example: red numerals over black copy. Design will
not show through numerals with digital production.

Logos may be used on all custom printed race numbers. Vector art preferred (AI, EPS, or
PDF file formats) but we also accept raster art (TIFF, JPG, BMP or PSD file formats with a
minimum of 200 DPI). Art can be e-mailed to Multiple color logos
can be used only with "full option" orders and require vector art
(see multiple color copy option on page 10).
