Obituary.

MR. JOHN DUNDON, Solicitor, died upon

the 9th July, 1915, at his residence, 101

George Street, Limerick.

Mr. Dundon served his apprenticeship with

the late Mr. Joseph Murphy, of Limerick, was

admitted in Michaelmas Term, 1868, and

practised (formerly in partnership with Mr.

James A. Doyle) at Limerick.

MR. HENRY C. NEILSON, Solicitor, died

upon the 16th July, 1915, at his residence,

12 Mount Eden Road, Donnybrook, Co.

Dublin.

Mr. Neilson served his apprenticeship with

the late Mr. Richard 0. Armstrong, 62 Upper

Sackville Street, Dublin, was admitted in

Easter Term, 1863, and practised at 10 Fleet

Street, Dublin. Mr. Neilson was a member

of the Council from 1880 to 1885.

MR. WALTER P. BOAS, Solicitor, died upon

the 24th July, 1915, at his residence, Morston,

Malone Park, Belfast.

Mr. Boas served his apprenticeship with

Mr. Alfred E. Brett, Belfast, was admitted

in Hilary Sittings, 1899, and practised in

partnership with the late Mr. W. B. Galway

(under the style of Messrs. Galway and Boas)

at Ann Street, Belfast, up to the year 1913,

when he was appointed Solicitor to the

Ulster Bank.

Legal Appointment.

Mr. David L. Clarke, Solicitor, Castlebar,

has been appointed an Auditor to the Local

Government Board for Ireland.

Notary Public.
