Volkswagen Group Chooses Hidria
Hidria has announced a long-term agreement with the
Volkswagen group
,
one of the world´s leading automobile manufacturers and the largest
carmaker in the Europe to bring its diesel engine cold start system to
Volkswagen Group cars across the globe, including Audi, Volkswagen,
Škoda and Seat.
Hidria´s glow plug will be installed in
1.6L and 2.0L diesel engines
and
cover more than 50% of the Volkswagen Group needs. This important
partnership with the Volkswagen group, one of the world´s premier car
manufacturer, will further strengthen our global position as a trusted
provider of a diesel cold-start ignition system.
Hidria´s glow plugs meet all requirements of the
Euro 6.2 standard
and enable reduced energy consumption and decreased amount of
environmentally harmful emissions for greater sustainable mobility.
