Mini-Circuits’ RMK-5-83+ surface
mount frequency multiplier
multiplies input frequencies from
1000 to 1600MHz to by a factor of
5 to output in the range of 5000 to
8000MHz. This model provides
wideband performance with
conversion loss of 28dB. It supports
RF input power levels from +7dBm
to +11dBm and provides excellent
harmonic rejection (F4, 56.2dBc and
F6, 58.3dBc). It comes housed in a
miniature, surface-mount package
(0.25x0.31x0.16”) making it a space
saver for dense PCB layouts. The
RMK-5-83+ is an ideal solution for
a variety of applications including
satellite up and down converters,
synthesizers, and local oscillators.

Tuning, 50 to 100MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ROS-100+ surface
mount voltage controlled oscillator
supports applications from 50 to
100MHz. This model provides linear
tuning characteristics with tuning
voltage from 0.5 to 17V, tuning
sensitivity from 3.0 to 5.0MHz/V, and
3dBmodulation bandwidth of 0.1MHz.
It also provides +8.3dBm power
output, low pushing (0.3MHz/V), low
pulling (0.6MHz) and low phase noise
(-105dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset). The
VCO comes housed in a miniature,
shielded package (0.5x0.5x0.18”)
making it an excellent candidate for
dense PCB designs.
