Champagne
to fill
Shake all, except champagne, well with ice and strain into
tall highball glass. Add cracked ice, champagne to fill
and serve with straws.

1 spoon Sugar Syrup
1 dash
Seltzer
to fill
Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass.
Add cracked ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
TURKISH HAREM COOLER
Vinde Rose....to measure Essence of Quince
to measure
Fill goblet with shaved ice. Pour over Vin de Rose until
half filled, add essence of quince until filled, stir gently,
decorate with pomegranate kernels and serve with straws.
VANILLA COOLER
Cognac
1 jigger Creme de Vanille..1 pony
Sugar Syrup ....1 spoon Cream
2 jiggers
Nutmeg
to taste
Shake well with ice and strain into goblet. Grate nutmeg
over and serve with straws.

2 spoons Sugar Syrup ....2 spoons
Sweet Soda
to fill
Stir well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cracked ice,
soda to fill, decorate and serve with straws.
