Ginger Ale
to fill
Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add
cracked ice, ginger ale to fill and serve with straws.
RAFAEL NECTAR

1 spoon Sugar Syrup 1 spoon
Ginger • Ale
to fill
Shake well with ice and strain into goblet. Add shaved ice,
ginger ale to fill, decorate and serve with straws.
REMSEN COOLER
Gin
2 jiggers Sugar Syrup ....1 spoon
Lemon Peel ....6 pieces Plain Soda
to fill
Twist peel and bruise with syrup in highball glass. Add
cracked ice, gin, soda to fill and serve with straws.
REVIVER COOLER

Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Nutmeg
to taste
Shake well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cracked
ice, cider to fill, grate nutmeg over and serve with straws.
ROMAN PUNCH

2 dashes
