Creme de Cognac 1 jigger Angostura

1 dash

Champagne

to fill Lemon slice of peel

Shake all, but champagne, well with ice and strain into

chilled champagne glass. Fill with chilled champagne, dec

orate and serve.

MECCA

Gin

1/4 jigger Fr. Vermouth ...% jigger

It. Vermouth ...% jigger Orange

1 spoon

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist

orange peel over and serve.

MEDFORD

Fr. Vermouth jigger Orange Gin ....^ jigger

Dry Gin Frappe ..1 pony

Serve in fancy cocktail glass.

MENTHE

Creme de Menthe..1 pony Gin

1 pony

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and

serve.

MERRY WIDOW

Gin

1 pony Byrrh Wine

1 pony

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and

serve.

METROPOLE

Brandy

1 pony Orange Bitters ....1 dash

Fr. Vermouth 1 pony Peychaud

2 dashes

Gum Syrup 2 dashes

Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist

lemon peel over and serve.
