Note: The method used here was developed based on commercially available formulae in
Australia.
The method needs some further work to ruggedize it for the high fat / high protein spifan
matrices, as ion counts achieved with these matrices indicate that we are not yet achieving the
recoveries seen with Australian commercial formula samples.
