insurance related challenges, working directly with the insurance companies and administrators directly on
your behalf. The information you share is kept strictly confidential and the HealthAdvocate staff is required to
follow careful protocols and comply with all government privacy standards.
Assigned Personal Advocates can assist with:
Finding the right network doctors, hospitals, dentists and leading healthcare providers anywhere in the U.S.
Schedule appointments to expedite the earliest appointments with providers, arrange treatments and tests
Help resolve insurance claims and negotiate billing and payment arrangements
Assist with eldercare needs including Medicare related healthcare issues for your parents or parents-in-law
Get cost estimates for common medical procedures in your area to help you make informed care decisions
Assist in the transfer of medical records including x-rays and lab results
Answer questions about your benefit plan details, test results, treatments and prescribed medications
