Take an orange; with the point of

a lemon knife cut all around the cen–

ter just through the skin; with the

mixing spoon handle cup

side; place the part with the skin

in a glass it will fit; put in

Set fire to the brandy; let it burn

until sugar is dissolved; extinguish

flame and serve;

HOT SWEDISH PUNCH.

Swedish punch essence to make it
