THE most recent issue of Niehoff Magazine, the customer
newspaper of the wire and cable machinery manufacturer
Maschinenfabrik Niehoff, is now available.
It contains articles in English and German with summaries in
Chinese and Russian.
The main article, ‘Energy and the future. Big demand for
cables and wires in Europe’, deals with the importance of
automotive technology for the wire and cable industry and
the electricity supply in Europe.
In an interview, Philipp Radbourne from the business
consultancy and market research institute Integer Research
explains details about the evaluation of business information
and the derivation of market trends, while in the company
portrait, the Er-Bakır company is presented.
In a series of articles about the Niehoff group,
Maschinenfabrik Niehoff (CZ), sro is introduced.
The Czech Niehoff subsidiary manufactures individual
components and mechanical assemblies which are
completed and tested in the main factory in Schwabach.
The factory, with more than 80 employees, operates
according to the Niehoff quality standards, relieves the main
factory and helps the Niehoff group to respond flexibly to
market developments.
In its news section the Niehoff Magazine reports about the
celebration farewell of Heinz Rockenhäuser, who retired at
the end of October 2013 after 20 years’ service as
managing director.
Further topics regard Niehoff’s new machining centre for
large workpieces in the Schwabach factory and the visit of
70 participants of the Intercable Association General
Assembly in the Czech capital Prague last November at
Niehoff’s Czech subsidiary.
The magazine provides Niehoff customers and friends twice
a year with a wide range of ideas on how to improve the
competitiveness of their businesses.
