In the next screen shot the error involves a diagnosis code that is not on the first line so
‘Incorrect principal diagnosis’ is not included as an option but ‘Missing additional diagnosis code’
and ‘Unjustified additional diagnosis code’ have been added.
For errors involving procedure codes, the options for Error Type are ‘Inocrrect procedure code’,
‘Missing procedure code’ and ‘Unjustified procedure code’, as shown in the following screen shot:
