REASON FOR ERROR
From the drop-down list select the appropriate REASON FOR ERROR as shown:

NOTES
NOTES is a free-text field and is mandatory. Enter notes that will assist in providing feedback to
the client when reporting the results of the audit at a later date. In the Audit Summary Report
there is the option to include Notes written in the Error Logs as part of the report.
Click SAVE when you have completed the necessary fields.
