Use a phosphate glass.
14 teaspoonful acid phosphate.
1 teaspoonful Dr. S^i?ferts Angostura
Bitters. (THE ONLY GENUINE.).
2tablespoonfuls lemon syrup,or juice of
lemon well sweetened.
Fill glass with carbonic water.
ANGOSTURA SHERBET

Genuine Angostura Bitters to each pint oi
lemon ice.
ANQOSTURA ORANGE COCKTAIL
Squeeze the juice of half an orange into a
wine glass or tumbler.
Add l^oz.pineapple syrup,
2dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS,
3dashes phosphate,
glass of shaved ice, and fill with car
bonated wacer. Slice of orange on top.
