TRICK OR TREAT THE TRAIL
On Saturday, October 28, Morrisville Community Park was transformed into a place for families to safely trick-or-
treat and show off their Halloween costumes. The Parks and Recreation Department held the annual Trick or Treat
the Trail event along the Hatcher Creek Greenway. Staff and volunteers from the Morrisville Youth Leadership
Council handed out candy to an estimated 5,000 visitors at 10 treat stations.
The same evening the Police and Fire Department’s Trunk or Treat program offered food trucks, a photo booth, craft
stations, and inflatable bounce houses in the parking lot.
The combined events made for an unforgettable, fun and safe evening for families.
Families waited briefly to Trick or Treat the trail.
