Legal and illegal drugs
– methods and approaches to prevent
and prosecute drug-abusers in Europe.
The seminar will focus on
developments in drugs and drug scenes, presents successful preventive
measures in Europe.

Political extremism
a social phenomenon - the seminar deals
with contents, phenomenology and objectives of political extremism, the
political and police methods to face extremism in European comparison.
7–11 October
Child Protection in European societies

This seminar deals
with reporting on responsibilities of carers, safety on the internet, domestic
violence etc. - and on responsibilities and opportunities of social work and
police.
18–22 November
Civil rights - civil security.
A seminar, which
demonstrates modern methods of surveillance, the risk and limitation in
public spaces and looks at monitoring versus personal freedom.
25–29 November
Missing!
– the phenomenon of missing people in modern
European Society.
This seminar examines the psychological and social effects
of temporarily or permanently missing people in modern societies, as well as
different methods to investigation.
2–6 December
Police Missions.
A seminar about concepts, objectives and
experiences – preparation and evaluation of support of police – and answers
to the question if police missions are instruments of development policy?
