Håmex

Stand: 808

Håmex will show its complete range

of

exchangeable

tungsten

carbide

inserts for dies and cutters for machine

types such as Wa os and others. These

eliminate the need for regrinding and

allow replacement instead of the tools

having to be scrapped.

The dies have a rotatable and

exchangeable insert of tungsten carbide

with up to three pro les. Changing

from one pro le to another can be done

very quickly, which allows three nail

dimensions to be manufactured with

minimum setup times.

The cutters have an exchangeable insert

with two cutting pro les. When worn to

a certain level, the insert is turned 90º to

a new cutting pro le. When both cutting

sides are worn out, a new insert can be

tted to the holder.

The assortment of cutting inserts includes

inserts working on double wire machines,

for instanceWa os N41 and N51.

The complete programme of tungsten

carbide tools for nail manufacturing

includes dies and cutters for Enkotec

machines, and chisel feeders, cutters,

punches and wire guides for Wa os N90

machines.
