5. Who could your decision or action injure?
6. Could you disclose without qualm your decision or action to your colleagues, your manager, your CEO, the board of directors,
your family, society as a whole?
7. Is there an alternative action that does not pose an ethical conflict?
8. What’s your conscience telling you?
9. What would a reasonable person think?
10. Under what conditions would you allow exceptions to your decision?
