Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.
Dry machining possible.
Application:
Can be used for peripheral milling. With corner
radius to avoid notching effects on the workpiece. Suitable for
HSC machining

TiAlN-coated,
with centre cut.
Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.
Dry machining possible.
Application:
Can be used for deep side milling, spiral milling and
contour milling. With corner radius to avoid notching effects on the
workpiece. The 45° spiral results in a soft and peeling cut and thus a
high surface quality. Burr formation on the cutting edges is avoided.
Suitable for HSC machining
up to 62 HRC
