Cutting Tools
Design:
Solid carbide
NANO,
type H, according to company standard,
45°,
TiAlN-S-coated,
with centre cut.
Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.
Dry machining possible.
Application:
Can be used for slot cutting. Is also suitable for milling
deep grooves thanks to the offset shaft.
For large milling depths
of up to 3 x D.
With corner radius to avoid notching effects on the
workpiece – less corner wear during plunge cutting and slot cutting.
The 45° spiral results in a soft and peeling cut and thus a high surface
quality. Burr formation on the cutting edges is avoided. Suitable for
HSC machining
up to 70 HRC
.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.
Dry machining possible.
Application:
Can be used for peripheral milling, trimming and
high-precision finishing.
For large milling depths up to 3 x D.
Ideal for use in mould-making and dip working thanks to the neck chip
channel and corner radius with long range. The extremely high spiral
lead and reinforced core results in particularly smooth running and thus
low deviation in shape and a very good surface on the workpiece.
