Acraglas and acraglas gel provide the

professional or amateur with an easy to use

superior bedding compound, specifically

designed and manufactured to make your

rifle shoot more accurately. Also great to use

as a fill-in for stone material “inclusions” or

cracks. Fills cracks and blemishes in wood

knife handles, works as an epoxy to hold

handles on. Brown and black dye is included

in both kits.

WEST SYSTEM epoxy cures to a high-strength

plastic solid at room temperatures, by mixing

105 liquid epoxy resin and 206 hardener in a

5:1 ratio. Designed specifically to bond to a

wide range of materials including fiberglass,

many metals, wood fibers, reinforcing fabrics,

foam and other composite materials. This

highly moisture-resistant plastic is highly

recommended when extended working and

cure time are needed or to provide adequate

working time at higher temperatures. The 206

slow-cure hardener has a working time of 90

to 110 minutes at 70°F with a minimum cure

temperature of 60°F. Cure time for maximum

strength is 1-4 days. West Epoxy is easy to

sand and shape when cured and does not

shrink after curing.

Can Not Ship Air.

Pure, dry, colored pigments can be used alone

or mixed to produce additional colors to suit any

project where color is desired. Add the paste to

the epoxy resin then measure that mixture in the

proper ration with the hardener. Use a maximum

of approximately 10% volume pigment paste to

combined resin and hardener. To maintain the

same color over several projects, mix a master

batch of color with resin and store for later use

– only add hardener when you are ready to use.

G/flex epoxies are toughened, resilient two-

part epoxies engineered for superior grip to

metals, plastics, glass, masonry, fiberglass,

and difficult to bond woods. G/flex epoxies

make bonds that absorb the stresses of

expansion, contraction, shock and vibration.

Easy-to-use 1:1 mix ratio gives you 46 minute

pot life and a working time of 75 minutes at

room temperature. Initial cure in 3-4 hours

with workable cure in 7-10 hours.

Easy-to-use, fast curing epoxy system for

quick repairs, tooling and general bonding.

Use for spot application to hold parts in place

while standard epoxy bonds cure. Bonds to

wood, fiberglass, and metal. 1:1 mixture.

Cures in 3-5 minutes. 4 fl. oz resin and 4 fl.

oz hardener.

Designed for convenient and accurate

metering of #105 resin and #206 hardener.

Calibrated to delivery approximately 0.8 fl oz

of resin / hardener with one full stroke. Set

contains one resin pump and two hardener

pumps which mount directly on the containers

eliminating mess and waste. Read and follow

priming, ratio verification, and operating

instructions included with pumps.

Epoxy based liquid

colorants used to

tint epoxy mixture

and provide an even

color base for the

final finish system.

Add to mixed resin/

hardener at a rate

of approx. 1 tsp of

pigment to 8 fluid oz

epoxy. More pigment increases opaqueness

and mixture viscosity. One 4 fl oz bottle will

tint approximately 1-1/2 gallons of epoxy.
