Performs like liquid watercolor with beautiful

color concentration and movement. These inks

are known for their extreme lightfast and non-

fading qualities among a brilliant line of colors.

Excellent for scrimshaw. All inks are in a 1oz eye

dropper bottle.

Pigment inks are mixed from a dry, powdery

substance. Pigment is not necessarily water

soluble, but it may remain suspended in the

liquid. Pigment particles tend to bond to edges

within the chosen medium. Pigment inks tend to

last longer and resist fading over time.

Dye based inks are water-soluble. Dye-based

inks are usually spread more thinly than pigment

inks on the surface.

India Ink / White Ink - Perfectly suited for extra

fine lines and washes on colored backgrounds.

It is a cows' milk white, pigment based color

with a matte sheen and is perfectly soluble in

water. Higgins® white ink is noted for its super

opaque, white color.
