LAND REGISTRATION FEE ORDER

T

he

above Order (S.I. No. 128/1954) will come

into operation on 1st July, 1954. It amends the

Land Registration Fee Order 1944 by substituting

a new scale o f fees for those set forth in Part IV of

the Schedule to the 1944 Order. The new Order

also prescribes standard fees for certified copies

of plans o f lands, for recertifying and re-issuing

certificates of title and for re-issuing a Land

Certificate to include additional lands not previously

included therein. The following are particulars of

the new fees :—

late Mr. Francis Joseph Bigger, Solicitor, was

admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1903 and practised

at 52 Upper Arthur Street, Belfast.
