SOLICITORS’ GOLFING SOCIETY

Members please note that the summer meeting

will be held at Baltray on Saturday, 26th June ,when

the Society’s Challenge Cup with the Captain’s

Prize (Mr. M. S. Matthews) will be played for as

well as the Veteran’s Challenge Cup, with prize

presented by the Society and also the St. Patrick’s

Plate.

Prizes for runners-up, best score each

nine, etc., will also be included. A dinner will be

held in the clubhouse at 7 o’clock to which all

members are cordially invited. The names of

members intending to be present should be for­

warded to the Honorary Secretary, Mr. L. K.

Branigan, Central Office, Four Courts, at the earliest

date possible.

residence, 17 Herbert Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin,

on the 24th March, 1953.

Mr. Ryan served his apprenticeship with Mr,

John L. Burke, Solicitor, 63 Upper O’Connell

Street, Dublin, was admitted in Trinity Sittings.

1938, and practised at 43 Dame Street as partner

in the firm o f Messrs. Ryan Paice & Co. up to 1942,

and later at 43 Dame Street on his own behalf.
