Cutting Tools

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type H, according to company

standard, 45°,

TiAlN-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling.

For large milling

depths up to 3 x D.

The 45° spiral results in a soft and peeling cut

and thus a high surface quality. Burr formation on the cutting edges

is avoided. With corner radius to avoid notching effects on the

workpiece. Suitable for HSC machining

up to 62 HRC
