Clamping

Systems

Design:

Key-less and self-tightening precision design with safety guard.

High concentricity

(based on DIN ISO 10 888) for more precise bores and longer tool life.

All wear parts are case-hardened, ground and manufactured to be compatible with each

other as well as interchangeable.

Application:

For use on CNC machines and machining centres.

Note:

Due to the keyless lock on the set collar, the chuck‘s clamping force safety device

prevents slacking of tension on the chuck when there is abrupt machine speed reduction.

The function of the self-tightening stepless action nevertheless remains effective. That way

this Albrecht system maintains the maximum clamping force in each case.

High-performance quick-action chuck with secure mounting

Design:

Keyless and self-tightening

with mounting shank (one-piece).

Chuck and mounting shank form

one unit.

Optimal stability and higher concentricity is achieved by compact design

(based on DIN ISO 10888).

Application:

For high endurance stress as well as precision work on drills, drilling machines

and special drilling units.

Note:

The advantage over a two-part system is the length shorter by a total of 21 mm

and thus is advantageous for machines with a small working area.

Available with diamond-coated jaws on request.

High-performance quick-action chuck

Design:

Small drilling jig with spring balancer.

Application:

For “Albrecht” high-performance chuck take-up; 0–1,5 mm (Order no. 3435 0001),

for fine boring in the tool and jig construction. Feed is manually performed by pulling the guide ring

in order to process extremely small bores with utmost sensitivity.

A spring balancer moves the chuck

automatically back into the home

position.
