Clamping

Systems

Design:

With transverse pole pitch in

reinforced magnetic design.

The double and enhanced permanent-ceramic magnet system

distributes the clamping force extremely high and evenly. A long and

maintenance-free service life is ensured by the massive cast iron base

body and robust upper plate as well as through the magnetic system.

Machining of the upper plate without impairing the holding force is

possible up to a depth of 15 mm in steel and 7 mm in NFM materials.

Attachment on the machining tables is done using 2 clamping jaws.

Lines of force:

approx. 10 mm above the pole plate,

therefore no magnetisation of the tools.

Holding force:

max. 120–150 N/cm

clamping surface.

Application:

Für difficult cutting machining. Ideal for milling,

planing, drilling, grinding and eroding.

Supplied:

Clamping plate with 2 stop bars.

Note:

Further dimensions upon request.

BM permanent-magnetic clamping plate

Design:

With transverse pole pitch A strong permanent-ceramic magnet

system with low installation height and narrow pole pitch enables

deployment for many tasks. A long and maintenance-free service life

is ensured by the cast iron base body and robust upper plate as well

as through the magnetic system. Machining of the upper plate without

impairing the holding force is possible up to a depth of 15 mm in steel

and 7 mm in NFM materials. Attachment on the machining tables is

done using 2 clamping jaws.

Lines of force:

approx. 8 mm above the pole plate,

therefore no magnetisation of the tools.

Holding force:

max. 80–100 N/cm
