Two V-blocks, ground to one height in pairs.

Design: With parallel pole pitch

in enhanced magnetic

design. An especially strong, permanent-ceramic magnet

system with high, evenly distributed holding force across the

whole clamping surface ensures the deployment on lathes and

grinding machines. The worked-in centring grooves facilitate

aligning the workpieces. All round chucks can receive centring

(see table, size D and H, for dimension) as required.

Machining of the upper plate without impairing the holding

force is possible up to a depth of 15 mm in steel and 7 mm

in NFM materials. The clamping force can be continuously

regulated from zero to maximum.

A particularly strong high-

energy neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnet system

with high, evenly distributed holding force across the whole

clamping surface. The round chucks can be equipped with a

through-hole to mount centring devices and coolant supply.
