Germany, for the supply of a
26" high-frequency welded tube plant. It is
claimed that this continuous welding line will
be the largest of its kind in the world. It is
scheduled to go into operation at the end of
2008 and will then produce up to 350,000t
of pipes per year (Ø 244-660mm).
Roll-Kraft

an agreement with a leading
tube and pipe manufacturer,
which names Roll-Kraft as
the supplier of its tooling requirements for
rollforming and mills. The new partnership
was marked by an in-house seminar at the
training centre of Roll-Kraft’s HQ.

manufactures Motoman robots. Mr Cooper
takes over from Mr John D’Angelillo, who
has moved to head up the Group’s Italian
operation.
Expert in metal cutting
technology,
Hypertherm

Netherlands, has appointed
Mr Giorgio Galli to its
team of European sales professionals.
Mr Galli will direct sales activities
and support Hypertherm distributors
throughout Italy. He will work to increase
customer demand and user awareness of
Hypertherm’s handheld line of products
including Powermax
®
systems. Mr Galli
will be based in Bologna, which is the
heart of the Italian welding and plasma
cutting industry.
