ReI Queries regarding road. and .ervlce.
abutting premise. and propertle••
Dear Sir,
As you are no doubt aware, the Council receives
a
considerable number of queries relating to the status of
roads and services abutting premises and properties from
your members who are acting for vendon and purchasers.
Quite often identification of premises poses a problem
in
the absence of a suitable site map and the Council finds
itself in a position whereby
it
cannot reliably conftrm
if
the
roads and services abutting a particular premises have
been taken in charge or not.
Accordingly, it would facilitate the Council in
responding more quickly
if
in
future
all
such queries are
accompanied
by
a site map.
As already stated the volume of queries is quite
considerable and it would be appreciated
if
your members
submitted their queries as early as possible before the
information is actually required.
Yours faithfully,
The Senior Administrative Officer.
