Until Dawn:

Rush of Blood

You may have played the original

title,

Until Dawn

, on your PS4

when it first came out, and you

were undoubtedly horrified by it

if you did.

Rush of Blood

is the

VR accompaniment that is likely

to scare you senseless once

more, replete with crazy clowns

and ethereal tracks – of both the

musical and rollercoaster variety.

Super Stardust

Ultra VR

A divergence from your run-of-

the-mill shooter,

Super Stardust

Ultra

has you defending your

planet from the cockpit of a star

fighter. Look to aim, fire to destroy,

and vie to become the best Super

Stardust pilot in the world as you

compete against others in the

global leaderboards.

PlayStation VR Worlds

Think of it as the EyeToy demo

disc of your youth, but with tons

more content and better hardware.

VRWorlds

includes a bunch of

addictive titles; you can Luge

down a hill avoiding log trucks

and other cars, fly around in outer

space in a mech suit, and even

shoot at villains with an extremely

British driver sitting beside you.

Carry on.

Battlezone

It’s tanks in VR.

Battlezone

won

a bunch of “best VR in show”

awards at E3, and it’s probably one

of the easiest to grasp if you’re

new to the hardware. You will take

control of the Cobra, the most

powerful vehicle ever built, as you,

mankind’s last hope, battle for

survival. Earth needs your help.

Hustle Kings VR

Who needs a pool table when

you’ve got PS VR?

Hustle Kings

VR

lets you actually step your way

around the pool table and work

out your angles as if you were

really banking billiards. Play locally

using the DS4 or Move controllers,

or challenge your friends online,

with multi-tiered leagues and

tournaments also available. There’s

even a puzzle challenge mode.

Play ball.

RIGS: Mechanized

Combat League

It’s basketball in mech suits.

Yeah, really.

RIGS

suits you up in

a badass, Avatar-esque suit, and

lets you jump around and shoot at

other mechs. When your killstreak

is high enough, you become the

basketball, and have to jump

through the ‘hoop’ to score points.

It really takes dunking to a whole

new level.

Driveclub VR

Driveclub’s concept was great:

drive from coast to coast in the

US, enjoy the scenery, and avoid

both the cost of flying there and

loud-mouthed Americans. Now,

you can go one step further

with

Driveclub VR

. Introducing

Inspection Mode, you can get all

up in the grills of more than 80

cars that have been recreated in

immaculate detail, or even just go

for a cruise. Shut up and drive.

EVE: Valkyrie

Another space shooter,

EVE:

Valkyrie

is set in the infamous EVE

universe, allowing players to pilot

a mech and terrorise the galaxy.

Offering both single and muliplayer

modes, it’s a great intro to shooters

on VR.
