JUBERRY FABRICS is a
family business led by
Julie Betts who is
passionate about fabrics
and sewing – quilting,
dressmaking, homeware
and machine embroidery –
and likes nothing better
than to be in front of a
sewing machine .
Julie is the creative one in
the business with a flair for
design and colour.
She is supported by Sue and
they both have a large
knowledge of textile crafts
and, more importantly, love
talking fabric.
Julie and Sue are keen
sewers and the lack of local
shops meant a lot of
travelling.
Now they have a Sewing
Studio full of cotton fabric
designs (more than 2,000 at
the last count) as well as
patterns from BJ Designs,
rulers and templates from
Creative Grids and threads
from Mettler.
Service in the studio is
friendly and informative and
they run lots of workshops
and one-to-one teaching
sessions.
The core business hours are
10am to 4pm, Monday to
Saturday, with ‘Sew and
Crow’ on Tuesday evenings,
but the shop is happy to open
at other times to host groups
and if you have a suggestion
for a different workshop just
let them know.
Juberry Fabrics is in World’s
End, near Beedon, close to
the M4 and A34 with plenty
of free parking.

extensive range of
manufacturers and designers
