The Watermill theatre

competition

ENTER a magical world of

enchanted forests, kings and

queens, ogres and ogresses this

Christmas at The Watermill

theatre, Bagnor, from today

(Thursday) to Sunday, January 1.

Sleeping Beauty

is Rufus Norris’

quirky, comic re-telling of the classic

fairy story by Charles Perrault, seen

through the eyes of the mischievous

Fairy Goody.

Having condemned the beautiful

princess to an enchanted sleep in a fit

of anger, Fairy Goody has to seek out

a suitably brave and handsome

prince to break the spell.

Only the dashing prince doesn’t

match up to expectations and

Beauty’s happy ever after doesn’t

quite go to plan.

Packed full of humour with

fabulous new music performed by

the cast,

Sleeping Beauty

is a

magical

Christmas show like no other!

Suitable for age four upwards.

The theatre is unable to admit

children under three or babes in

arms into the auditorium.

Tickets are on sale now priced £10.50

to £22.

Relaxed performance – Saturday,

November 26, at 2.30pm, for those

who may have autism, a sensory

condition, dementia or a young baby.

The story is exactly the same but the

whole family can enjoy the show

together.
