public needs such as the Food Hub site and other planned events as well as private interest.

With the previously identified space now programmed for the Food Hub, parking solutions within the
Town Center Core will need to be addressed. Cost estimate shown below is based on a surface
parking solution and a site location is dependent on continued converations on the Town Center Core
