a World Cup. But the athletes who use their
skills, hard work, training, and talent to do
those things are turning more and more to
technology to help them reach their goals.
Today’s high-level athletes, unlike previ-
ous generations, grew up with tech. Many can
barely remember a time without cell phones,
so there is a comfort level that makes using
tech in their sports lives easier. Today’s ath-
letes are as comfortable with digital gear as
they are with their mitts, rackets, and skis.
