BACARDI PINEAPPLE FIZZ.
One barspoonful of sugar
One jigger pineapple juice
One jigger Bacardi Rum
Shake well, with cracked ice, strain
into fizz glass and :£ill with syphon.
These fizzes can also be. made with
Gin instead of Rum.
SHERRY FLIP.
Use small mixing glass.
One tablespoonful sugar
One glass Sherry
One egg
Small amount of ice
Shake well and strain into small
thin glass . A little
po~dered
cinnamon
on top.
PORT \VINE FLIP.
Same as Sherry Flip, except use
Port instead of Sherry.
