NOTES FROM CHAPLAIN ART BROOKS
2002 Past Commodore, Joe Cox passed away last month. Joe
worked for the gas company in the financial division and
brought many of his talents to our board . After his time on the
board, Joe maintained his dedication in helping to maintain our
water purification plant according to the specs that were
required by the State of Michigan. Joe was very much involved
in the engineering and planning of bringing the three utilities
under the North Channel to the island. PC Joe will be missed by
many.
Roseann Wagner, wife of our 1980 Commodore Ernie Wagner
recently passed away. Many of the senior members of the club
will remember Ernie and his lovely wife.
Please remember our members who have passed away in your
daily prayers and thoughts. We send sincere condolences to
the Cox and Wagner families.
